About the Role:
Averco Pro Clean is seeking experienced, detail-oriented cleaning professionals for ongoing Move Out & Make Ready cleaning in the Richardson, TX area. This role is perfect for independent cleaners who take pride in delivering high-quality results and want flexible work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough Move Out & Deep Cleaning of vacated apartment units
Clean model units, make ready apartments, and new/post-construction units
Maintain common areas including lobbies, offices, gyms, laundry rooms, and clubhouses
Dust, polish, and sanitize furniture and fixtures
Sweep, vacuum, and mop all types of flooring
Empty trash bins and remove litter from designated areas
Report any damages or maintenance issues when noticed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
Experience with move-out, make ready, or post-construction cleaning preferred
Reliable transportation and own cleaning equipment & supplies
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Business Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Basic English proficiency
