Responsibilities
Ā Listen to recorded dictations from healthcare professionals

Ā Ensure accuracy and completeness of transcriptions

Ā Edit and proofread transcriptions for errors or inconsistencies

Ā Maintain confidentiality of patient information

Ā Follow established guidelines and formatting requirements

Ā Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify any unclear dictations
Requirements
Ā Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

Ā Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and documentation

Ā Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy

Ā Familiarity with transcription software and equipment

Ā Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely

Ā Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
