Job Overview
This is a wonderful opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Dialysis Healthcare Associate. You will have the chance to work closely with patients and their families, providing personalized care and support. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering top-notch patient care.
Key Responsibilities
? Become an integral part of a multidisciplinary team delivering care to patients with diverse needs
? Work collaboratively with PCTs to ensure seamless patient care delivery
? Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
? Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements
? Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited institution required; BSN or equivalent preferred
? No prior dialysis experience necessary, but relevant ICU, CCU, ER, or Med-Surg background can be beneficial
? Certification in nephrology or dialysis nursing not mandatory but valuable
