Our fast-growing team is expanding its virtual operations and seeks Licensed Medical Doctors (MDs) who want to apply their training in a professional telehealth support role. This is a long-term, stable opportunity for doctors who want to contribute meaningfully in a virtual environment while gaining exposure to U.S. healthcare practices. Key Responsibilities - Support physicians in virtual consultations: documentation, triage, care coordination. - Handle inbound & outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy. - Communicate medical information clearly using correct terminology. - Assist with charting, referrals, prescriptions, and scheduling. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards. - Be present in our secure virtual meeting room during your entire shift for collaboration and accountability. - Keep your camera on during working hours to maintain a professional and team-focused environment. Requirements: - Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) - required. - Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal, neutral accent). - Strong medical terminology and clinical knowledge. - Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps minimum), quiet work environment, modern PC/laptop & noise-canceling headset. -Willing to work U.S. Pacific Time Zone hours. Preferred: - Previous telehealth, medical scribing, or virtual assistant experience. - Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. - Aligned time zone with U.S. PST (or flexible schedule to match).
