Clinical Customer Service Representative

Duties and responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls professionally, accurately, timely, and courteously.
• Determine the nature of calls and log information in the Communication Log.
• Access member information using proprietary systems to assist callers.
• Forward inquiries requiring further research to the appropriate department.
• Transfer calls to specialized queues for complex issues (e.g., claims, authorizations).
• Utilize available resources to provide timely responses.
• Manage time effectively to ensure calls are answered promptly, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities for the Customer Service Representative role.
• Document all calls appropriately.
• Attend weekly staff meetings to discuss issues and promote teamwork.
• Respond to requests from internal and external customers as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
• Full-time regular employees: Pay $15/hour

Remote Work: Candidates selected for this position will receive remote training and must have a designated workspace at home with company-provided technology. A stable internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps, is required for video meetings.
