We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical A/R Report Analyst to join our team. In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in supporting our revenue cycle leaders by preparing and analyzing critical reports that drive decision-making and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities...
Support Reporting Needs: Assist revenue cycle leaders with their reporting and analytical needs, providing valuable data insights across the organization.
Generate Reports: Prepare monthly reports and any ad-hoc reports as needed to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to optimize the revenue cycle and make actionable recommendations.
Analyze Issues: Conduct ongoing analysis to pinpoint the root causes of issues and suggest modifications to workflows for improved efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven background in data analytics or accounting, ideally within a medical billing environment.
Skills: Strong analytical and computer skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) is essential.
Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of the medical billing revenue cycle process.
Analysis: Ability to analyze data for trends and anomalies.
Communication: Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented with effective time management.
