Über die Rolle Diese Position ist eine Medical Affairs Außendienststelle in der Onkologie, mit starkem Fokus auf wissenschaftlichen Austausch, Insight-Generierung und Unterstützung klinischer Studien. Zusätzlich umfasst die Rolle strategische und operative Aufgaben im Innendienst, insbesondere im Bereich Pre-Launch-Planung und Ausführung von Pre-Launch-Aktivitäten. Aufgaben Aufbau und Pflege wissenschaftlicher Beziehungen zu externen Expert:innen (KOLs/EEs) in ganz Österreich Expert- und Account-Mapping sowie systematische Insight-Generierung Evidenzbasierte wissenschaftliche Diskussion zu Pipeline-Assets, Indikationen und klinischen Studien Unterstützung der Rekrutierung und Durchführung klinischer Studien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Clinical Operations Planung und Durchführung von Investigator Meetings, Advisory Boards, wissenschaftlichen Meetings und Educational Events Erstellung, Präsentation und Weiterentwicklung von Pre-Launch-Plänen Strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Pre-Launch-Aktivitäten Enge Abstimmung und Reporting an regionale und globale Pipeline- und Launch-Teams Flexible Betreuung unterschiedlicher Produkte, Indikationen und Kundengruppen Aktive Integration und Zusammenarbeit im bestehenden österreichischen Onkologie Medical Team Anforderungen Abgeschlossenes medizinisches, pharmazeutisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium Mehrjährige Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Medical-Affairs-Umfeld, bevorzugt in der Onkologie Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Freude am Gestalten Strategisches und analytisches Denken sowie hohe Umsetzungsstärke Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch Teamfähigkeit und Erfahrung in funktionsübergreifenden Matrixstrukturen Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs Sehr gutes Verständnis von Compliance, Governance und pharmazeutischer Ethik Was wir bieten Attraktives Gehaltspaket mit variablem Anteil Firmen-PKW auch zur privaten Nutzung Flexibles, familienfreundliches Arbeitsumfeld Individuelle Weiterentwicklungs- und internationale Karrieremöglichkeiten Hoher Gestaltungsspielraum in einer strategisch relevanten Pipeline-Rolle Marktkonformes Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 85.000 mit entsprechender Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation/Erfahrung sowie variablem Anteil und Firmen‑PKW. #LI-Remote #LI-GSK Why GSK?
