Job Responsibilities:
Create a positive, engaging, and fun learning environment for students of all grade levels (1-12)
Learn and implement the Mathnasium curriculum and teaching methods
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to deepen your understanding of math concepts and teaching strategies
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate: $10.00/hr during training, increasing to $11.00/hr after initial training, and an additional $0.50/hr with completed training
Flexible schedule: 8-12 hours/week on average, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth
Extensive training in the Mathnasium Method, with ongoing support and development opportunities
A dynamic and supportive team environment, with a focus on collaboration and student success
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old
Must plan to work with us for at least 9 months
Experience tutoring or working with children in grades 1-12 preferred
Math proficiency through Algebra 2 required, Pre-Calculus/Calculus preferred
How to Apply:

The test covers basic math through Algebra 2 and Geometry, and takes up to 2 hours to complete. If you meet the benchmark score of 85%, you will be invited to an interview with our Center Director and Personnel Director.
