Job title: HubSpot Developer & Admin Company: Triad Financial Services Inc Job description: Full-time or Part-time: Full-time Work Location: Any Triad Location/Remote Division/Department: IT Reports to: IT Director Software Dev & Implementation Essential Duties and Responsibilities HubSpot administration and development background with experience in website content management, digital content deployment, SEO & SEM within the HubSpot ecosystem. We're looking for a professional who is focused on website design and is responsible for the design, building, deployment, support, and management of the branding and customer experience strategy set by technology and line of business leadership. The team member will provide weekly status updates of ongoing projects. They will also play a critical role in growing organic web traffic to the site(s). • Working with marketing firm designers and project managers to design marketing-optimized web content, starting with wireframing, design, and through development • Develop custom web assets in HubSpot, including Themes, Landing Page Template, Blog Template, & Modules • Troubleshoot defects and/or optimize templates for ease of use • Projects include development of websites, landing page templates and blog templates, all on the HubSpot CMS. • Troubleshoot bugs, defects, rendering/responsiveness across devices and browsers, and general performance. • Provide ongoing communication to IT and line of business leadership about status of dev work. • Responsible for executing on the day-to-day support and maintenance of our HubSpot CRM platform. • Provide operational support to company-wide users. This team member is the go-to resource for both sales and marketing team members on how to effectively use the platform. • Triage incoming technical requests and assist with implementations and testing of new enhancements and system add-ons. • Manage and create technical documentation, how-to-guides, tutorial videos, and knowledge base articles. • Train new users and onboard teams to HubSpot & increased adoption of the HubSpot platform. • Develops and manages effective working relationships with other departments, groups or personnel with whom work must be coordinated. Meeting the needs of the various department by providing excellent customer service. • Designs, develops, tests, documents and implements highly available and high-quality applications on time and in accordance with specifications and supporting documents. • Responsible for testing and improving the functionality of the website for strong user experience and driving strong conversions while maximizing the website's ROI. • Partner with team to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics including email, lead forms, etc. • Provide troubleshooting and resolution of support issues. Respond to issues with site functionality immediately. • Remove any dead links. Acquire backlinks to build web presence. • Assist with other client-facing sites as needed. • Strong focus on SEO to implement high-quality SEO practices driving organic traffic. Responsible for all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, keyword research and strategy, competitive analysis and other activities to increase rankings. Leverage tool across department to drive additional traffic, i.e. content topics, etc. • Assists with social media administration or integration as needed. • Follow the strategic direction of the department as a whole and provide suggestions to improve the company and department processes. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRM or CMS developer or administrator – HubSpot experience required. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, digital marketing, web development, or relevant field. • Strong data management abilities. • Experience of being a team player in a highly sales driven environment. • Ability to relate to people, form relationships, earn trust, and find a need you can help solve. • HubSpot certifications are a highly preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • To succeed in this role you need to have strong communication skills, technical horsepower, and resourceful problem-solving abilities. • Ability to create custom Themes, Templates, and Modules within HubSpot CMS • Strong ability to use logic and data to develop sustainable, long-term solutions • Strong organization skills and attention to detail • Good communication and task management skills • Self-starter who exhibits initiative, drive, and dependability • Propensity for technology, creative thinking, and inbound marketing theory • Experience with any of the following are a plus: • HubSpot APIs & Custom Objects • Site architecture & wireframing • High proficiency in HubSpot platform • High proficiency in HTML, CSS, & HubL coding languages. • Medium proficiency in JavaScript & HubDB • Experience in website content management and marketing. • Previous experience managing/maximizing PPC campaigns with a Google Ad Grant account is also a plus. • Thorough knowledge of current technology solutions for internet, handheld/mobile devices, personal computers and networks. • Web design background with user interface design in (UI) and user experience design (UX). • SEO/Brightedge or other SEO systems • Implement and measure pay-per-click campaigns: Adwords/Wordstream is a plus • Strategic Thinker • Focus on CEM • Proactive attitude to HubSpot releases, features, and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation and change management. • Perform quality assurance testing as needed. • Support data migration activities. • Provide input to improve internal HubSpot training processes. • Ability to effectively communicate processes to non-technical users.
