Our mission is to bring the highest quality food, cosmetics, and apparel to as many people as possible – and to keep improving the world and ourselves along the way.Now we want to take our products even further – through marketplaces that you not only know how to manage, but also build and scale.What you’ll be doing:You’ll take full ownership of our marketplace channels – Amazon, TikTok Shop, Allegro, Wolt, and others.You’ll take over existing marketplaces that are already live – but currently underutilized due to lack of time. You’ll be the one to re-ignite them.You’ll work closely with our content and design team – to produce assets that sell, not just look good.You’ll scout for new opportunities – and have the freedom to propose where Vilgain should go next (e.g., Walmart, Kaufland, eMag, eBay…).What we’re looking for:2+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces – not via agencies, but by working directly in the platforms.You know Amazon, Allegro, or another major marketplace inside out – Seller Central, Ads Manager, listing structure, A/B testing…You understand what makes a product sell – and can turn any listing into a winner through content, pricing, promotions, and smart placement.You’re data-driven – you track performance, analyze conversion rates, spot opportunities, and act when something’s off.You think like a digital marketer – familiar with PPC basics and promotional tools across marketplaces.You can design and execute a strategy – not just plan it, but launch, test, and improve it.You’re fluent in English – for working with platforms, reading reports, and occasionally communicating with vendor teams or support.What we offer:The chance to become a key person in Vilgain’s marketplace expansion – in Czechia and globally.Full freedom to propose solutions – no rigid structure, no unnecessary approval processes.A team of results-driven people who are still down-to-earth and easy to work with.5 weeks of paid vacation, office in Karlín or the option to work remotely.Monthly credits for shopping on our e-shop, free products, Multisport card, learning budget, and English lessons.If this sounds like the kind of work you’d love – let’s talk.
