They are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support high-volume Public Relations and Social Media execution across its Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions, focusing on coordination and content execution to enhance regional marketing efforts.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day regional PR execution through high-volume production and coordination tasksDraft, format, and edit press releases using established templates, structured inputs, and approved source materialManage internal press release routing, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and version controlPublish approved press releases, news items, and event content to the company website using the firm’s content management systemCoordinate timelines, deadlines, and required inputs with Field Marketing and internal stakeholdersEnsure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines across all PR deliverablesExecute social media content production and posting across the firm’s social channelsPopulate captions, copy, and metadata using pre-approved templates and content calendarsInput data into highly templated graphic designs using established design systemsSchedule and publish social media posts in alignment with defined workflows and timelinesPerform quality control to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment prior to postingMonitor published content and escalate comments or inquiries to appropriate channel owners as neededCollaborate with Field Marketing and marketing partners across PR, social, advertising, and other channels to support regional prioritiesProvide marketing execution support for ad hoc regional initiatives as neededMaintain organized documentation and workflows to support efficient, repeatable execution across marketsSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent internship experience)1-2 years of experience, including internships or entry-level marketing rolesStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workflows efficientlyClear written and verbal communication skillsComfort working in a structured, template-driven production environmentAbility to learn and apply commercial real estate concepts and terminologyProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with project management tools such as Asana or MondayExperience with content management systemsExperience with social publishing platformsBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributionsLife and disability insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness resourcesCompany OverviewMarcus & Millichap helps create and preserve wealth with the best real estate investment sales, financing, research and advisory services.
