Description Marketing Specialist (Remote) Organization: Urology Associates, P.C. – Nashville Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (based on organizational needs) Location: Remote Position Overview Urology Associates, P.C. – Nashville is seeking a self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the growth and visibility of our multi-location medical practice. This remote role is responsible for executing marketing initiatives, maintaining the organization’s digital presence, coordinating events, and assisting with promotional efforts related to patient education, new procedures, and practice services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and capable of managing multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the company website, including page creation, edits, and content updates Manage and maintain the organization’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google and social media Create and distribute digital and traditional marketing materials, including video, digital media, television, and print advertisements Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing content across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and branding Collaborate with physicians and leadership to market patient education events, new services, and procedures Coordinate and oversee company events throughout the year, including planning, promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up Assist with planning and promoting community outreach initiatives and patient education programs Develop and distribute internal communications such as employee newsletters, announcements, and updates Organize employee appreciation events and internal engagement initiatives Design marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms Track and organize marketing assets, branding materials, and campaign calendars Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned Required Skills & Competencies Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with multiple teams Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging marketing content across digital and traditional platforms Strong planning and project coordination skills in a fast-paced setting Experience coordinating events and managing logistics Ability to analyze and improve marketing campaign performance Education & Experience High School Diploma required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred 2–4 years of marketing experience preferred Experience with website content management systems preferred Experience with Canva or similar design platforms required Experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Google and social media) preferred Healthcare marketing experience is a plus Additional Requirements Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required by company policy Urology Associates, P.C. – Nashville is committed to providing high-quality patient care and fostering a collaborative, supportive team environment.
