Marketing Project Manager
This is a W2 contract opportunity
Hours: 40/week
Location: Remote (CST)
Duration: ASAP - December 2026
Pay Range: $40-$50/hr
We’re looking for an experienced freelance Project Manager to support a fast-paced open enrollment season. This role will focus on managing marketing asset execution, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring materials are delivered accurately, on brand, and on time across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving in a deadline-driven environment. You should be comfortable managing timelines, approvals, stakeholder communication, and quality control across marketing, operations, compliance, and production teams.
What you’ll do:
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals for open enrollment communications
• Coordinate asset routing, review cycles, and launch readiness across teams
• Track dependencies, risks, and status updates to keep projects on schedule
• Support quality assurance across digital and marketing materials
• Help improve workflows, documentation, and execution processes
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing execution
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with creative workflows, approvals, and production coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools such as Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus
