The Role
We’re looking for a smart, structured, and proactive Marketing Project Manager to work directly with the CMO as their operational partner.
Our teams are strong and independent. We need someone who can operate autonomously, cut through complexity, bring alignment across the business, and ensure execution at pace and at quality.
You will be the CMO’s right hand, turning strategy into action and action into results.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the operational engine ensuring Marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with real business impact.

Support teams across the company to deliver valuable projects on time, within scope, and on budget
Keep multiple, diverse projects in flight simultaneously — defining requirements, setting deadlines, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring completion of work tickets and epics
Drive execution of campaigns, product launches, website initiatives, SEO projects, internal improvements, and operational initiatives
Ensure teams follow through and projects land at the expected standard
Shield teams from distractions and protect focus on agreed priorities
Align Marketing with Product, Engineering, and other key business functions to manage dependencies and timelines
Identify risks, blockers, and bottlenecks early and proactively resolve them
Continuously evaluate and prioritise work to maximise business value
Operate effectively across international teams and multiple time zones
Create visibility through clear reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready updates for the CMO and leadership
Leverage AI and productivity tools to improve planning, workflow automation, and efficiency across Marketing projects
Improve processes, tools, and workflows to increase speed, accountability, and predictability

Go-to-market strategy and execution for new product features
Launch of new landing pages or website initiatives
Technical SEO audits and implementation tracking
CMS or internal tool enhancements
Improving onboarding experiences


Requirements
Experience


5+ years in Marketing Project Management, Marketing Operations, or similar
Strong marketing foundation (campaigns, product launches, digital, brand)
Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects on time and within scope
Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
Experience operating across international or multi-market environments
Comfortable preparing executive-level updates and driving accountability
Experience using analytics, dashboards, and AI tools to improve project and campaign outcomesExperience in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred

At the moment, we do not sponsor visas in the EU. For Hong Kong, we require at least two years of working experience and a university degree in a related field. For Singapore and the UK, we can only sponsor visas for mid-career or above.
