You’ll help manage outreach, communication, and marketing tasks that directly fuel business growth. This role blends marketing, operations, and assistant-style responsibilities — perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in how a modern creative business actually runs. You’ll work directly with creator and founder Cole Connor, learning real-world skills that translate to agency work, content studios, and production companies. What You’ll Do Client & Business Support • Assist with outreach to real estate agents, designers, and brands • Send follow-up emails + track communication pipelines • Maintain spreadsheets, CRM-style lists, and contact databases • Manage inbound DMs/inquiries on Instagram • Prepare simple proposals or follow-up drafts • Organize client info in Google Drive / Notion Marketing & Social Support • Prep captions, hashtags, and posting schedules • Assist with social media planning and light content packaging • Research trends, local market opportunities, and competitive strategy • Help with marketing sequences for digital products • Support launch tasks for courses, guides, presets, and bundles Ideal Candidate • Strong communicator & writer • Detail-oriented and organized • Comfortable sending and following up on emails • Interested in marketing, branding, social media, or real estate • Reliable and self-directed • Familiar with Google Drive and Notion (or eager to learn) Perks • Direct mentorship from a working creator/entrepreneur • Behind-the-scenes experience of a real estate media studio • Training in outreach systems, content marketing, and operations • Letter of recommendation + portfolio-ready experience • Opportunity for paid freelance or part-time work after internship • Optional creative or work meetups in LA Job Type: Internship Pay: From $100.00 per month Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
