As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in driving global demand generation by managing web platforms, overseeing paid media campaigns, and executing SEO strategies. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user experience, optimize digital performance, and generate measurable results through data-driven marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into analytics, testing new tools, and fine-tuning digital tactics to accelerate growth in a B2B landscape.Accountabilities:

Manage and optimize corporate websites and related digital platforms across multiple regions and languages.
Lead publishing workflows, UX improvements, and backend updates, including chat integrations and AI-powered tools.
Execute and support SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, keyword research, and backlink strategies.
Collaborate with agency partners to run paid media campaigns and ABM programs, analyzing KPIs to improve ROI.
Create and optimize digital assets and landing pages to enhance lead generation and conversion.
Partner with campaign, events, and partner marketing teams to support integrated demand generation efforts.
Monitor digital performance using analytics tools and generate insights and reports for leadership review.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of digital marketing or demand generation experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company.
Expertise in website and content management, with hands-on experience in HubSpot CMS/CRM or similar platforms.
Proficiency in managing paid media and account-based marketing tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo).
Strong understanding of SEO, paid search, website analytics, and marketing performance tracking.
Analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative and detail-oriented mindset.
