Key responsibilities Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to: Plan, execute and track marketing projects such as content marketing, email marketing and social media marketing Develop and initiate marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and efforts Monitor market trends and actively engage with social communities to enhance brand presence and manage sentiment Ensure all marketing materials are of high quality and delivered on time across various digital channels Maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and media agencies Develop tracking and monitoring systems to ensure KPIs are met, analyzing data to inform future strategies Requirements 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry Strong understanding of various marketing platforms, channels, SEO, CRM software and best practices Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and projects across different media Excellent analytical skills to evaluate metrics and create insightful reports Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box for marketing initiatives Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and strategies Originally posted on Himalayas
