They’re looking for colleagues who share our desire to make a positive difference and improve the lives of people who care for their elderly parents, whilst using and developing their skills in a tech start-up environment.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing Designer to develop and execute high-impact creative design briefs across our marketing and sales divisions, targeting enterprise HR and Benefits Professionals, and Financial Advisers, in the UK.You’ll work across Adobe’s creative suite, Figma, and video/animation editing tools to execute a variety of prospect-facing design tasks, including but not limited to, social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos. You will manage the end-to-end creative briefing process, collecting requests from the growth team, prioritizing, and ensuring high quality delivery which meets required deadlines.’You will be responsible for the maintenance, and consistent use of our brand across the business, ensuring all outgoing and customer-facing creative is aligned to our visual identity and brand guidelines (a document which already exists)Work hours: 5:00 am to 2:00 pm UK time (12:00 pm to 9:00 pm PH time)Work set-up: RemoteWhat you’ll doDesign creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videosWork within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels while injecting fresh, eye-catching creativityAdapt visuals for various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and readabilityCollaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to align visuals with campaign goalsManage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines, from concept to final deliveryStay updated on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platformsWhat You Bring2+ years of experience as a marketing designer, graphic designer, or similar roleExpert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FigmaMust have animation creation and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements for eachExperience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environmentAbility to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing qualityExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetKeen analytical mind, and able to optimise design for performance using data-driven insightsYou’ll thrive in this role if you:Love creating impactful visuals that make people stop scrollingHave a keen eye for detail but also see the big pictureCan easily optimise design for performance using data-driven insightsEnjoy collaborating with marketing teams to bring ideas to lifeDon't meet every single requirement?
