Marketing Data Analyst - Remote

The Marketing Data Analyst is a proactive, results-oriented individual responsible for analyzing and segmenting data with a bias towards generating insights to inform marketing strategies and models. The analyst must have experience with decision analytic practices and tools while also being able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ā¢ Responsible for analyzing and generating insights which will then assist the Marketing team in development of marketing strategies.
ā¢ Conduct analysis including retrieval, manipulation and analysis of complex datasets.
ā¢ Responsible for the ongoing performance monitoring of marketing strategies and making subsequent recommendations in order to improve performance.
ā¢ Ability to work with and influence leadership regarding marketing decisions.
ā¢ Plan and execute projects from start to finish.
ā¢ Partner with various teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance, etc.) to ensure solutions meet business needs and objectives.
ā¢ Effectively communicate with various levels of stakeholders internally and externally (executives, partners, customers, etc.).
ā¢ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
ā¢ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Mathematic, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar from an accredited college/university
ā¢ 5+ years experience in marketing analysis
Qualifications & Skills
ā¢ Strong understanding of decision analytics practices and tools
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Experience with various analytical tools (SQL, PowerBI, R, SAS, etc.) Ā·
ā¢ Persistent and results focused must be able to deliver results
ā¢ Proven ability to work with all levels of the organization
ā¢ Experience working in a highly regulated industry
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
ā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ā·
ā¢ Entrepreneurial mindset
Work Environment
ā¢ Work is performed in a standard office setting
ā¢ The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet
Physical Demands
ā¢ Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
ā¢ Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds occasionally
