[Remote] Associate Director, Technical Project Management

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mondo is seeking an Associate Director of Technical Project Management for a remote contract position. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital projects, overseeing budget management and resource allocation, as well as mentoring a junior Technical Project Manager.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital projects including website builds, CMS implementations, marketing technology platforms, and custom applicationsOversee budget management, timeline tracking, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent client engagements ranging from small incremental projects to multi-million dollar buildsRun status reporting and maintain visibility into key metrics including hours tracking, burn reports, and milestone progressTranslate technical concepts and project status into clear business language for executive and client stakeholdersLead and coordinate cross-functional teams spanning creative, development, data, analytics, and media functionsMentor and provide day-to-day direction to a junior Technical Project Manager, delegating tasks and supporting their developmentPartner with integrated project teams and the broader PMO to align delivery standards and operational processesSkills5+ years of Technical Project Management or Technical Program Management experienceAgency experience, preferably in a regulated industry such as healthcareHands-on experience managing digital initiatives involving website development, CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe), email, or campaign managementStrong client-facing communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to executive stakeholdersProficiency with Jira for ticketing, task management, and project trackingExperience with budget management across varying project scales and understanding of key delivery metrics including hours and burn reportsDemonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior team members without requiring prior formal people management experienceProactive, assertive communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiencesExperience working with provider-focused healthcare clients or in a regulated agency environmentProficiency with Smartsheet for project planning and reportingExperience with NetSuite for time trackingBenefitsEligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401KCompany OverviewMondo is a staffing firm that focuses and specializes on niche IT, Tech, and digital marketing.
