Marketing Coordinator - Vermont
LandVest, Inc., a Christie's International Real Estate affiliate, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for their Woodstock, VT agents and brokers. The Marketing Coordinator’s primary role is to assist real estate agents and brokers with various tasks related to brokerage administration and the marketing of luxury real estate properties.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to 5 to 10 agents working in VermontIn collaboration with brokers and agents, prepare correspondence, listing agreements, marketing proposals, and market activity reportsSchedule and manage photo and video shoots and floorplans. Assist with scheduling property prep, home inspections, and smoke inspectionsPrepare agents for open houses and showings. Print materials and make keysTrack the progression of listings from proposal to post-closing, keeping the team abreast of the necessary next steps and changesManage broker’s biographies, sold lists, and current listings on LandVest databases, MLS, and Christie’s International Real Estate (CIRE) web site. Track stats and report to Broker/SellerCoordinate approval and input for listings from broker/agent and sellerCoordinate with Marketing Operations Department (MOD), brokers/agents, and client to facilitate the creation of advertising and marketing materials including design and placement of print and digital advertisements and design and printing of branded materials including direct mail and property collateralCollaborate on strategic regional planning with the Managing Director and brokersManage team and agent marketing budgetsCollaborate with broker/agents and MOD to create content for LandVest’s blog and social media sites and CIRE opportunities, focusing on your region and agentsCreate newsletters, email announcements and mailings with broker/agents and MODAssist broker/agents with buyer searches: RealScout/MLS search set upAssist broker/agents with new software implementation such as CIRE Pl@tformOccasional driving for company-related tasks and property visitsSkillsBachelor's degree or aboveProficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office, AdobeExperience in or ability to learn quickly how to use Real Estate DatabasesHigh-level proofreading skillsExperience with social mediaExcellent professional communication skills – written and verbalAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesDetail and task-orientedValid Driver's LicenseEligible to obtain Real Estate licenseEligible to become a Notary PublicBenefitsPerformance incentivesDiscretionary bonusesCompany OverviewLandVest is a real estate company specializing in luxury properties and timber investment services.
