As a Technical Lead, you will spearhead the digital transformation of financial infrastructure for a major federal agency. By architecting robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions, you will ensure federal financial data is managed with peak security, transparency, and accuracy.What You Will AchieveArchitect Cloud-Native Solutions: You will lead the technical design and configuration of a D365 Finance platform within a FedRAMP-certified environment to modernize existing workflows.Engineer Secure Data Migrations: You will drive the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of critical data from legacy environments into D365, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.Modernize Enterprise Interfaces: You will update and secure system interfaces, replacing outdated custom logic with scalable, modern integration patterns that improve cross-system communication.Drive Technical Innovation: You will serve as the subject matter expert for technical customizations, ensuring all developments align with rigorous federal security and authorization requirements.Must-Have Skills (Required)U.S. CitizenshipBachelor's Degree in IT or Accounting from an accredited college or university5+ years of experience in technical configuration and architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance.5+ years of experience extracting and transforming data from legacy applicationsStrong programming skills in X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL, along with experience using the D365 SDK and REST/ODATA.Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred)Proven success delivering technical solutions within a Federal, State, or Local government environment.Deep understanding of Federal Accounting standards.Microsoft Certified: D365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect or similar.Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure services.Experience working in a DevOps/Agile environment with a focus on continuous deployment.To ensure you’ve reviewed the full technical requirements for this role, please include the word "Ascella" as the very first word in your response to the 'Why are you a good fit?' question on the application.Our Culture: What Makes Ascella Employees GreatAt Ascella, we celebrate innovative thinkers who are empowered to share their ideas and tackle real business challenges.
