They are seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to drive brand growth through high-quality video content and strategic social campaigns.ResponsibilitiesLead the ideation, production, and post-production of high-frequency video content for TikTok and InstagramPlan and launch four major integrated social campaigns within your first six months, ensuring alignment with email marketing and retailer activityAct as the primary bridge to our creator community, overseeing two quarterly influencer campaigns in collaboration with our agency partnersPerform monthly deep-dives into social insights to move beyond 'vanity metrics' and optimize content for maximum reach and conversionBring three fresh, trend-aligned content ideas to the team weekly to keep the brands at the forefront of the pet industrySkills1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer/creator programs, or digital marketing with an emphasis on video productionA portfolio that demonstrates an ability to craft digital stories that capture attention and drive measurable engagementProficiency in Word, Excel, social media management and end-to-end video editing toolsStrong written and verbal skills with the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional tasks effectivelyBachelor's degree in Marketing or Similar FieldExperience with Sprout Social, CapCut and CanvaBenefitsProfit sharing bonus potential401k matchingA variety of other benefitsCompany OverviewLearning Resources® is a leading global manufacturer of award-winning teaching aids.
