They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team with a focus on social media coordination, influencer partnerships, and performance analytics.ResponsibilitiesMaintains and manages Simon Pearce’s social media calendar across brand and restaurant channelsCoordinates scheduling and publishing of approved content across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring posts are deployed accurately and on scheduleOrganizes and maintains social media assets and campaign materials within internal systemsSupports campaign planning by coordinating timelines, assets, and channel requirements with internal teamsMonitors social channels daily, responding to community inquiries, comments, and messages in alignment with brand guidelinesEscalates customer service-related issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining a responsive, brand-right toneSupports the management of influencer and creator partnerships from outreach through campaign completionAssists in coordinating product gifting, contracts, and campaign timelines with creators and agency partnersTracks influencer deliverables and ensures content aligns with agreed campaign objectivesMaintains an organized database of influencer partners and collaboration historyMonitors influencer content once live and ensures brand representation aligns with Simon Pearce standardsTracks and reports on social media, influencer, and affiliate performance using platform analytics and reporting toolsCompiles weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting engagement, reach, and campaign resultsIdentifies trends, audience insights, and opportunities for improvementSupports the Marketing team in evaluating campaign effectiveness and optimizing future programsMonitors competitor and industry activity across social channelsAssists the broader marketing team with campaign coordination and project trackingProvides occasional evening or weekend support for brand events, activations, or key marketing initiatives as neededPartners with the Creative team on content planning, briefing, and asset coordination to ensure social and influencer programs are executed effectivelyAssists with partnership initiatives and co-marketing opportunities with aligned brands, retailers, and collaboratorsCoordinates branded materials, collateral, and experiences for key marketing moments including events, launches, and collaborationsSupports cross-functional marketing initiatives with e-Commerce, Retail, and Restaurant teamsHelps prepare presentations, campaign summaries, and reporting materialsAssists with asset organization and internal documentation for marketing initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field1+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing supportStrong understanding of major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube) and how to evaluate performance using platform analytics and emerging trendsExperience with social media management and reporting tools used to schedule content, track engagement, and measure campaign performanceExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging, on-brand copyProficiency in Google Suite and comfort working with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)Experience working for a premium or design-led consumer brandBasic photo/video editing skillsEnthusiasm for craftsmanship, design, and premium lifestyle brandsMay be required to attend evening or weekend events to support initiativesBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageEmployer paid life & disabilityPaid time offFlexible holiday time401k retirement plan with employer matchTuition reimbursement assistanceExclusive employee discounts on both our glass and pottery products and at our restaurantCompany OverviewSimon Pearce is a retail company specializing in glassware, tableware, lighting, and home décor.
