Data Entry/Encoder for E-commerce Platform (Remote)

Key Responsibilities • Accurately enter, update, and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce). • Verify product details, including titles, descriptions, prices, stock levels, and SKU numbers. • Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies. • Upload product images, ensure proper tagging, and categorize products correctly. • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure product listings are optimized for visibility. • Manage inventory records and coordinate with the logistics or vendor management teams when needed. • Generate periodic data entry or product performance reports. • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company and customer data. Required Skills and Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. • Excellent typing speed and accuracy. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools. • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital catalogs. • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience • Prior experience in data entry, online catalog management, or e-commerce operations is preferred but not mandatory. • Freshers with strong computer literacy and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
