Partnering with Aquent, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving the well-being of its members, seeks a skilled and passionate Marketing Communications Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and contribute directly to the success of vital health programs. You will play a key role in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage members and drive positive outcomes.
As a Marketing Communications Analyst, you will:
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute impactful marketing strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop project briefs and contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all communications.
• Tailor marketing programs to specific market needs, driving member acquisition and retention.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Proven experience in omni-channel marketing, with a focus on digital and email marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Medicaid or healthcare marketing, especially within the state of Illinois.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.79 to $33.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
