Role Overview We are hiring a Chief Strategy Officer & Executive Vice President to serve as the primary strategic partner to the Founder. This role is responsible for organizational architecture, cross-functional alignment, and high-level strategic execution. This is a senior leadership role, a counterpart-level position, for someone who can help design, guide, and stabilize the company as it scales. What You Will Lead • Partner with the Founder on strategic direction, planning, and organizational structure • Translate high-level vision into executable structures and cross-team initiatives • Build scalable systems for decision flow, communication, and operational clarity • Coordinate major projects across technical, strategic, and institutional domains • Influence high-level external conversations when needed • Monitor organizational health, alignment, and long-horizon strategic risks • Shape internal culture, processes, and long-term development pathways Who Will Thrive • Leaders with strong systems thinking and strategic clarity • Operators capable of building structure in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments • Individuals who balance maturity, calm, and high bandwidth • Low-ego executives who prefer substance over visibility • Professionals familiar with complex institutional or multi-stakeholder settings Qualifications • Senior leadership or strategic operating experience • Strong organizational design, planning, and cross-functional execution instincts • Ability to advise, challenge, and partner with a Founder directly and constructively • Experience working with senior leaders, institutions, or complex organizations • Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication • A no-nonsense attitude with a relentless drive
