By collaborating cross-functionally, the team delivers best-of-breed tools, ensuring stellar customer experiences and effective marketing capabilities.Partner with the bestAs a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will support the execution and activation of global marketing campaigns. You will be key in developing, analyzing and optimizing best-in-class marketing. You will leverage Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other MarTech tools like Integrate, 6sense, etc.As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for:Supporting Global and Growth Marketing email campaigns by advising on data health, audience segmentation, and strategy.Developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable, automated campaigns to attract, engage and nurture customers and prospects.Creating an informed, decision making environment through KPI/metric analysis, identifying trends/opportunities, and presenting insights to stakeholders.Supporting data integrity and data management workflows, including list management, data ingestion, and system integrations.Enabling and educating the global marketing team by developing engaging documentation and training materialsTroubleshooting issues, providing insight, and resolving platform-related challenges (e.g. data discrepancies, monitoring system performance, etc.).Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:Have 2-4 years of relevant marketing automation experience (e.g., Marketo, Marketing Cloud) and a Bachelor's degreeDemonstrate excellent marketing automation capabilities including nurture program creation, email marketing, event programs, and quality assurance.Have experience in successfully utilizing marketing technology tools that integrate with MA Platforms (Marketo and/or Marketing Cloud)Be process oriented with excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skillsBe adept in juggling multiple projects and prioritizing tasks based on business prioritiesBe a self-starter who operates with a sense of urgency, critical thought and resourcefulnessHave the ability to think outside the box and present ideas that question the status quoEmbrace, operate, and innovate in an ambiguous environment and methodically articulate/document processes, while driving results.Work in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
