Market Research & Insights Associate

West Monroe is looking to hire an entry level Market Research Associate on the Inspired Health Team, out of the Boston office. The role involves supporting the management and execution of custom designed research projects for clients, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.ResponsibilitiesWorking with our vendors to identify and recruit research participants (be that physicians, patients or caregivers)Scheduling and organizing in-depth research interviews and focus groupsViewing interviews conducted by your pod, taking notes and identifying themes and findings that answer research objectivesWorking with our internal teams to program and test research questionnaires developed by your podWorking with fieldwork vendors to identify and recruit research participantsMonitoring fieldwork progress, quota management and quality controlParticipate in whiteboard and brainstorming sessions at the end of fieldwork (we call them “Data Parties”!) where you will be encouraged to contribute to conversations around research findings and implicationsWork with our Data Visualization department to support the creation of impactful and beautiful research presentations, that answer objectives and inspire actionSkillsBachelor's Degree, GPA must be included on resume0-2 years of academic, internship, or work experience in market researchInterest in market research for the medical and healthcare industryInterest in practicing a range of research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitativeComfortable working in a flexible, less structured environmentExcellent communication (written and verbal) skillsProficient in Excel and PowerPointA proactive desire to continue to broaden and deepen your business and consulting skillsA commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectivesCandidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorshipApplicants must live in the Boston Metro area (or have an intention/plan to relocate)BenefitsEmployees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan.Employees can purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program.Employees are eligible to receive annual bonuses.Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off.Employees will receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.Company OverviewWest Monroe offers digital transformation, analytics, cloud, cyber security, business advisory, and management consulting services.
