Evaluate market gaps and determine absorption rates, capture rates, and projected stabilization timelines. Conduct Market Analysis, Feasibility Study & Financial Model specifically for Herington, KS. Benchmark the project against comparable senior living developments regionally and nationally. Provide actionable recommendations on unit mix, pricing strategy, amenities, and service levels. Prepare a professional, investment-grade market feasibility report suitable for a family investor. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Market Research, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience conducting market studies for senior housing, healthcare facilities, or multifamily real estate. Proven experience delivering feasibility studies for investment firms, developers, or real estate funds.
