About the position

The DVC Associate position at Disney Vacation Club involves engaging with guests at Walt Disney World to promote vacation ownership opportunities. Associates will work at various kiosks throughout the parks and resorts, guiding guests in learning about Disney Vacation Club membership programs while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
• Staff kiosks throughout the Parks & Resorts to engage with guests.

• Schedule appointments with sales team members for potential Disney Vacation Club members.

• Provide superior sales and service face-to-face and via phone calls.

• Enter data into the system of record while welcoming Disney families on vacation.

• Proactively greet guests and spark conversations about Disney and vacation possibilities.

• Influence guests to learn about Disney Vacation Club by collecting contact information.

• Inspire guests to take next steps in learning about Disney Vacation Club.

• Overcome objections and utilize persuasive skills to promote membership.

• Share knowledge and passion for Disney with guests.

Requirements
• Experience in sales and guest interactions.

• Willingness to approach and engage strangers in conversation.

• History of taking initiative and being a self-starter.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Stamina to stand and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Passion for guest service and Disney.

• Professional reliability and flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Proficiency with computers, including Apple iPad and Windows-based systems.

Nice-to-haves
• 1+ years of sales experience and knowledge of the sales process.
