Manual QA Engineer

We're seeking a Manual QA Engineer who can help us ensure product quality by designing and executing comprehensive functional, integration, and regression test plans. In this role, you'll conduct manual testing, perform complex analysis, set cross-functional testing standards, and create detailed reports. You'll work both independently and collaboratively, cultivating quality assurance best practices and maintaining testing tools.ResponsibilitiesDesign functional, integration and regression test plansBuild and execute manual tests cases and perform highly complex analysis for multiple productsSet cross-functional product testing standardsAnalyze, evaluate and plan methods of approach and organize means to achieve solutions to complex problemsCreate reportsConduct manual testingWork both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team and across the businessCultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practicesResponsible for maintaining, researching updates, and supporting testing toolsMandatory RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Science, and/ or 3-5 years of manual QA testing experience, including integration, regression, load and UAT.3-5 years of experience in software testing (WEB, Mobile, API). Mobile testing hands-on experience is mandatory.Knowledge of development cycle for mobile/web applications.Knowledge of specifics of iOS and Android.Advanced level of Jira/Confluence knowledge.Experience with mobile testing.Basics of xCode/Android studio.Monitoring tools: xCode logs, adb logs, browsers dev tools.Knowledge of HTML proxy tools would be an advantage.Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior managers.Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
