Data Analyst -Remote in Minnetonka, MN

Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and or/weekends. Location: Our office is located at - 9700 Healthcare Lane Minnetonka, MN 55343 If you reside near Minnetonka, MN, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities • Analyzing data for accuracy and errors • Identify and research missing data from various sources • Administering bonus payments to external brokers on a monthly and quarterly basis • Ensuring accurate payments are delivered in a timely manner • Conducting company and government reporting You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) • 1+ years of commission, compensation or data analyst experience • 1+ years of experience in analyzing raw data from various sources • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel (Ability to do V look ups, pivot tables, formulas) • Ability to work our normal business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (or higher) • Experience with Microsoft Access or similar (ability to create queries and review data) • Ability to work onsite 1-2 times per year per business need • All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
