Manager, Talent Acquisition - University Relations
Qualifications: • A minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in a related field required. • A minimum of 3 years of leading and transforming university relations teams and relevant programs. • Proven experience building strong relationships at college campuses across the country. • Prior track-record of successfully building, leading and managing a high-volume, fast paced recruiting function at a culture-rich technology company. • Experience driving recruiting initiatives at VP and Director level. • Experience creating and implementing a strategic staffing plan. • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP, Jobvite or Workday. • Demonstrated performance with coaching and developing teams to consistently deliver excellent customer service and superior results. • Proven experience collaborating with multiple departments to align goals, resolve issues and ensure customer service. • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business, Human Resources or Related Field required. • Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of management. • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills. • A passion for learning, leadership and continued education. • Proactive attitude and work ethic • Up to 20% of the time Domestic Travel only. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $107,600 to $134,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
