Manager, Talent Acquisition - Sales (Remote)

What You Will Do

As Manager, Talent Acquisition – Sales, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a high-performing sales recruiting team responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment across the Endo and NV sales organizations. You will shape strategy, build capability, and foster a culture of excellence, while serving as a trusted talent advisor to business and sales leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.

Recruit
• Empower your team to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and results across the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on commercial sales and leadership roles.
• Champion the use of advanced sourcing tools and techniques to ensure a strong, diverse talent pipeline.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Drive the adoption of scalable best practices, processes, and tools that enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
• Champion advanced sourcing techniques and promote Stryker’s employer brand through social media and other channels, aligned with internal guidance.
• Stay ahead of market trends, tools, and technologies to lead initiatives that elevate team capabilities and business value.

Advise & Lead
• Provide expert consultation on recruitment processes, policies, and market dynamics to influence hiring decisions and align stakeholders.
• Guide the team in selecting and leveraging the most effective recruitment strategies while maintaining strong communication with business and sales leaders.
• Use data and market intelligence to shape recruiting strategies, remove barriers, and continuously refine approaches.

Management & Leadership
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of sales recruiters by setting clear objectives, managing performance, and fostering growth.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence, while monitoring key talent acquisition metrics to proactively address challenges and ensure agility.

What You Need

Required qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required and 8+ years of work experience or 14+ years of total work experience
• Previous HR or role-related experience required

Preferred qualifications
• 8+ years of commercial sales recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Medical device commercial sales recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
• Workday experience

$100,500-$165,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
