Your key responsibilities will include: * Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage * Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics * Responding timely and accurately to payer communications * Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams * Partnering with clinics teammates, including Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information * Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required * Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required * Data Entry experience filling out online forms * Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals * Proper claim accounting knowledge is a plus * Medical billing or accounting experience is a plus **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications **Preferred Skills and Competencies** While not required, the following skills and competencies are highly desirable: * Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software applications * Knowledge of medical billing and coding principles * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Strong leadership and mentoring skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
