Apply today—we’re excited to welcome you. #UatInsurity Insurity’s Next Manager, Professional Services - Business Analysis This Manager, Professional Services role leads a team of Business Analysts delivering client-facing implementations of our commercial insurance SaaS platform, with accountability for requirements, solution alignment, and UAT through successful go-live within a billable Professional Services model. The ideal candidate is a hands-on BA leader with experience in Policy Administration Systems and P&C insurance, who can engage effectively with carrier stakeholders, guide teams through complex rating and coverage requirements, and balance delivery quality, utilization, and continuous improvement of BA practices. What Our Manager, Professional Services - Business Analysis Will Do Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing, highly engaged team of individual contributors, typically performing similar functions Interview, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional talent Provide input to departmental goals and ensure goals are met Adopt and reinforce company policies, processes, and programs Lead team members using the company’s performance management and development process Support a culture that emphasizes the strategy, guiding principles and core values Communicate effectively & regularly with team members, peers, and leaders Manage financial responsibilities and activities Develop and maintain trusted customer relationships Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders Drive utilization across team Communicate financial and goal results, and KPIs to direct reports Perform tasks as an individual contributor to support the team as needed Who We’re Looking For 5 + years of Business Analysis experience in software or technology , with 2+ years in a leadership or management role Experience leading BA efforts for external, client-facing software implementations (SaaS preferred and/or enterprise platforms preferred ) Background in P&C insurance or policy administration (commercial lines experience with PAS, MGA, or underwriting platforms is a plus) Proven ability to manage and develop a team in a delivery-focused environment Strong skills in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, documentation, and UAT leadership Demonstrated strength in coaching, change management, and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Nice to Have: Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., PAS, ERP, CRM) Agile or hybrid delivery experience CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications Experience working with offshore/distributed teams What’s In It For U Work Where You Thrive Find the work environment that supports your best—whether that’s remote, in-office, or hybrid—depending on your role and location. Along with the benefits listed above, the career level salary range for this role is $ 80,000 to $ 166,000 . We share a career level salary as a guideline; however, actual salary may vary based on your experience and qualifications.
