OverviewThe Manager, Product Operations – Personalization at Crocs Inc., will be part of the Global Product Operations team supporting the Personalization category (Jibbitz/Charms and Accessories). This position will drive end-to-end product operations strategy and process aligning to the product to market calendar and ensuring cross-category alignment at key milestones. You are operationally savvy, detail oriented, and have a continuous improvement approach to improve efficiency and effectively manage internal processes from product inception to GTM execution. Responsibilities • Define and drive the Product Creation Calendar & Process Management for Personalization category. • Manage and deconflict multi-season overlap and management. • Ensure all product-to-market deliverables are timely. Communicate any risks or changes and resolve them with the Product Operations team to ensure accurate milestone execution. • Assume proper stakeholder management and communication. • Lead cross functional alignment and resolution where necessary • Map and measure the performance of every step in the Product to Market process, identifying and tracking key KPIs. • Establish repeatable processes to support product lifecycle and continual optimization. • Build and recommend new processes, tools or systems solutions for improved efficiency. • Point of contact for Personalization initiatives across Category Management, Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, GTM Ops, and Regional Partners. Ensure alignment and effective communication across teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to find opportunities for process improvement, calendarize and build agendas, and create and report critical metrics. • Understand and communicate the critical brand initiatives to internal cross functional teams. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Supply Chain or related degree with expertise in Product Creation, Retail and Management. • 5+ years of dynamic operations and/or strategy experience with an apparel/footwear manufacturer or retailer, ideally working in a high-growth organization. • Deep knowledge of product to market process and end-to-end product operations. • Prior experience working for a highly matrixed global company with strong leadership and teamwork skills to facilitate work across multiple functions. • Ability to find the root cause of issues and objectively find the best solutions. • Ability to build constructive and significant relationships across all levels of collaborators. • Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain, articulate, and document concepts and business processes. • Consistent record of leading with curiosity and ability to think creatively. • Shown executive presence, serving as a bridge across creative, technical and analytical teams with the ability to collaborate across a senior leadership team. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity while connecting the dots holistically across functions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including demonstrated ability to create presentations in PowerPoint, analyze data in Excel, and effectively use Outlook and Word to support daily business operations.
