Job Description The Highlands at Brighton, an affiliate of UR Medicine, provides more specialty care services than any other transitional or long-term care facility in our region. We are hiring compassionate CNA's to deliver high quality care to our residents. Responsibilities: •Assists in promoting quality of life for our residents. •Assists residents with all ADL’s. •Takes vital signs and weights and reports to RN/LPN team leader. •Ambulates, lifts and transfers resident as per individual care plans. •Assists with feeding residents, tray distribution and recording of intakes per policy. •Interacts and fosters a positive relationship with staff, residents, and families consistently projecting a positive, caring, courteous and responsive environment. •Observes and reports resident needs, abnormal conditions and/or behavioral changes.
