As a valued member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional care delivery across our network of 60+ community hospitals, 60+ rehabilitation/behavioral health hospitals, and 250 additional sites of care.

Job Summary
The Manager, Order and Invoice Resolution will develop and run campaigns and programs to reduce match exceptions, lead a team focused on resolving quantity, price, and receiving holds, and support escalated issue resolution with key suppliers and sites.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team focused on resolving quantity, price, and receiving holds that prevent supplier payments
Support escalated and complex issue resolution with key suppliers and sites
Manage team and workflow with daily KPIs on volume, aging of work in process, and resolution types
Develop and run campaigns and programs to reduce match exceptions
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Operations or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital/healthcare environment
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
Skilled in the application of policies and procedures
Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices
