Manager of Transaction
My client is a fast-growing public RE company in Dallas that's thriving in the market. They manage highly sought-after properties, including major retail, convenience, and grocery stores nationwide!
The Manager of Transactions will serve as the primary liaison for both internal teams and external stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of acquisition and disposition activities.
Responsibilities:
Ā Oversee all aspects of acquisition and disposition transactions, managing key phases such as contract negotiation, due diligence, closing, and post-closing handoff. Responsibilities may include PSA negotiations, lease analysis, environmental and property condition assessments, settlement statement reviews, and insurance coordination.
Ā Strengthen relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, optimizing workflows and implementing efficient processes.
Ā Supervise and mentor transaction coordinators, providing training, oversight, and support to ensure accuracy and compliance in all transaction activities.
Requirements:
Ā 7+ years of experience in a transaction management role; with 3+ years of managerial experience
Ā experience reading and interpreting commercial real estate lease agreements, purchase agreements, title documents, inspection reports, etc...
Ā Closing of commercial transactions for real estate properties
