Manager, IT Project Management

Lead and manage a team of IT project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
Develop and maintain project management processes and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Create and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Mentor and coach project managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Continuously assess and improve project management practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the project management team.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management and IT to drive innovation and improvement within the company.
