With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.Job Description:Lead a remote team of Inside Sales Representatives throughout a large geographic region.Manage employees through the entire employment life cycle.Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of our offeringsFoster a positive, results-oriented sales environmentResponsible for Achievement of company objectives by setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making accurate forecastsManage sales performance by setting clear objectives, coaching, and holding teams accountable for performance metrics and quota achievement.Have an understanding CRM systems in order to review and analyze sales statsWork with senior leadership to drive the strategic direction of the business by executing sales plans that expand our customer base and extend RRD’s global reachEstablish new and existing relationships with clients in order to generate new opportunities and provide recommendations on RRD products and servicesProvide support to team through the entire lifecycle of a sale from prospecting to closure.Drive growth through new business opportunitiesPerforms other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:A key leader focused on driving new business•  Strong knowledge  of the sales cycle and strong business acumen.•  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills•  Ability to travel when needed•  Process improvement experience a plus•  Planning, organization and problem-solving skills•  Strong time management skills•  Superb leadership skills•  Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns•  Strong knowledge in SalesForce or other CRM system.Additional Information:The national pay range for this role is $72,700 to $114,800 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to:
education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
