Ensure clear communication, coordination, and collaboration among multiple stakeholders, establishing and maintaining constructive professional relationships across multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams. Demonstrate initiative and perseverance by independently managing tasks, following through on assignments, and navigating obstacles to drive progress and results. Provide operational and coordination support, including event planning, meeting coordination, and related activities to support effective program execution. Continuously update and apply relevant knowledge, quickly getting up to speed on complex healthcare, policy, or operational topics as needed. Demonstrated capability to adapt to change, manage ambiguity, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and logically, both in writing and verbally, to a wide range of audiences. Strong commitment to professionalism, continuous learning, and relationship-building, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability to delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), and document management best practices.
