Job Title: Salesforce BA/Scrum Master
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)
Duration: FTE
Salesforce Business Analyst
ā¢ Understand business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into user stories and functional requirements.
ā¢ Work on Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
ā¢ Create BRD, FSD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
ā¢ Support solution design in line with Salesforce best practices.
ā¢ Coordinate with Developers, QA, and Architects during development.
ā¢ Support UAT, defect tracking, and production releases.
ā¢ Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
Scrum Master
ā¢ Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams.
ā¢ Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
ā¢ Ensure Agile/Scrum processes are followed properly.
ā¢ Remove blockers and help the team deliver sprint goals.
ā¢ Work with Product Owner to manage and groom the backlog.
ā¢ Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery status.
ā¢ Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Requirements:
ā¢ 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
ā¢ Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects.
ā¢ Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and functionality.
