Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Slovakian-English Customer Support Happiness Officer, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service through our email and live-chat platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:


Providing outstanding customer service through email and live-chat interactions, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience.
Accurately translating product content into Slovakian, utilizing user-friendly tools to ensure that our content is accessible to our Slovakian-speaking customers.
Regularly moderating and reviewing translations submitted by others to ensure quality and coherence, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
Upholding a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with customers, even in high-pressure situations, to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience.


Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:


Fluency in both Slovakian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capacity to remain calm and professional during challenging situations, with excellent problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
Experience with customer support platforms, with a keen attention to detail in both translation and moderation tasks.
