Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Leads Specialist and Cold Caller. The role involves sourcing and identifying high-quality, off-market motivated seller leads and making outbound cold calls to potential sellers. The specialist will also maintain accurate lead databases, nurture relationships, and collaborate with the team to effectively convert leads into actionable opportunities.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in pulling and identifying off-market high-quality motivated seller leads
• Experience in cold calling with excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining and managing lead databases
• Ability to research real estate trends and target markets effectively
• Experience in customer service and relationship-building
• Self-motivation, accountability, and time management skills for working in a remote environment
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software or lead generation tools is an advantage
