Long-Term Care Pharmacist (Remote)

We are actively seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our remote team with a focus on Long-Term Care (LTC). Preferred Qualifications:
• PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program
• Long-Term Care pharmacy experience
• State pharmacy license in good standing (remote work eligibility)
• Clinical pharmacy expertise with a focus on geriatrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for remote interactions
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in LTC settings
