Long-term CAD/Revit Drafting Partner for Luxury Residential Design Firm — 52+ Home Pipeline
About House of Ferari
House of Ferari is a luxury design + build firm based in Heber City, Utah, serving the Park City and Wasatch Back markets. We are a Woman-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business led by two executives: Molly Ferari, Founder & CEO (Pratt Institute, NYC graduate), and Ty Harris, COO & CFO (Master's in Business, University of Cambridge, UK).
The Opportunity
We have just secured a 52-home developer contract alongside a growing pipeline of 6–10 custom luxury residential projects per year. We are looking for a long-term CAD/Revit drafting partner — not a one-off freelancer — to handle our production drawings on a flat per-plan-set basis.
Initial Engagement
This Upwork posting is for ONE PAID TRIAL HOME at $1,500. If quality and turnaround meet our standards, we will sign a long-term agreement covering the full 52-home pipeline and ongoing custom work, with flat per-plan pricing of $800 (standard production homes) to $1,500 (custom luxury homes) per home set.
Scope per Plan Set
• Floorplans (all levels)
• Elevations (4 sides minimum)
• Reflected ceiling plans
• Cabinetry elevations and millwork details
• Basic structural and dimensional notes (architect of record handles stamping)
Deliverable Standards
• Turnaround: 5–10 business days per home, depending on complexity
• File formats: AutoCAD (.dwg) + PDF; Revit (.rvt) preferred for the development
• Drawing standards: Consistent title block, layering, and dimensioning across all sets
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions included per home
Who We Are Looking For
• A 2+ person CAD/Revit drafting team or boutique firm (not a solo freelancer overcommitting)
• 5+ years of residential drafting experience, US-based projects strongly preferred
• Portfolio that includes real production drawing sets, not just renderings
• Clear, written English communication with one-business-day response time
• Capacity to scale to 4–6 homes per month within 60 days of contract signing
