Long-form YouTube video editor – fixed retainer (≈15 videos/month, ~15 min each)

Hello! I’m looking for an experienced video editor to on a monthly retainer basis, with the following specs: What you’ll do: Edit approximately 15 videos per month, each around 15 minutes in length. Work with raw footage (we’ll provide the clips, audio, B-roll, etc.). Add intro/outro, motion graphics/branding elements (we have a basic brand style), transitions, audio clean-up, colour correction, subtitles where needed, upload format ready (MP4 or whatever we specify) Turnaround: Ideally each video delivered within X hours/days of raw footage submission (we’ll define). Ongoing monthly contract, not single project. We’ll provide a style-guide / reference videos so you can match our brand’s look & feel. You’ll communicate via Upwork messaging (and optionally Zoom call) and adhere to revision requests (e.g., 1–2 rounds of revisions per video). We’re working in the YouTube space (or mention your channel / niche) so familiarity with what holds viewer retention, pacing for YouTube, etc is a bonus. Budget & payment: Fixed monthly budget: USD 100/month (we will pay the same every month). Up to 15 videos/month under this retainer. If you deliver fewer, we still pay the retainer; if you deliver more, we can discuss a bonus/extra-fee (optional). Contract length: initially 3 months (trial), then extend if all goes well. What we’re looking for in you: Proven experience editing YouTube videos (please share 2-3 sample videos you worked on). Comfortable with ~15-minute videos (not just short clips). Reliable, meets deadlines, good communication. Ability to work under a monthly retainer model. Owns/licensed editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and can deliver high quality. Optional but good: motion graphic skills, colour grading, good ear for audio. Fluent in English (for communication) and receives feedback well, does revisions. Portfolio or link to previous work is a must. : In your proposal, please share: Your editing software tools & typical workflow. A link to 2-3 videos you’ve edited in the last 3-12 months. Confirmation that you’re comfortable at fixed monthly retainer for ~15 videos at $200/month. Your turnaround time for each video (from raw footage to final delivery). Any additional services you can provide (motion graphics, subtitles, thumbnail design, etc).
